When working with couples, my primary orientation is emotion focused therapy (EFT) to help enhance emotional connection and understanding of each other, helping you as a couple once more feel like a team. EFT helps 90% of couples see significant improvements in their relationships. You will learn how to listen and respond to each other in more supportive ways and find new ways of solving problems in a way that works for both partners.
