Individual Counselling

I work with a range of psychosocial challenges, but especially enjoy helping my clients find their sense of purpose and presence in life.  This might happen through slowing down, acknowledging your emotions, getting in contact with your values, and moving forward in action with a sense of direction.   You will have a chance to tell your story and feel heard.  

Therapy can be a space to make sense of past experiences and take action to impact your present and future for the better.  I will use a variety of clinical interventions to teach you strategies to reduce stresses and improve your mood, functioning, and well-being.
